Chosen colors (tricolor) from yellowstone hot springs to celebrate 60th Indian Independence Day..These might not be the best out there but is perfectly suited for the occasion. Also note that these springs at Norris, Yellowstone are extremely dynamic.. so, may be... it was shedding just the right colors to celebrate Aug 15th!!!

few drains here seem to have the same colour here.. mud, algae and froth. nobody is interested in showcasing them tho [;)]
